Unfortunately, Windows doesn't provide a built-in capability to manage Windows Mobile devices using Active Directory. That said, there are some simple steps you can take to manage the risks they introduce into your enterprise. First, ensure that you use strong authentication and encrypt data both while it is in transit on the network (to protect against eavesdropping) and stored on the device (to protect against loss or theft of the physical device).
